We’re sure most of you are aware of the Official Programme by now, but we just wanted to take the opportunity to remind all on a few important events over the race week.

Important Timings:

1) Exhaust Silencer Collection (Weds 10/1 10.00am - 5.00pm) @ Parts Counter (Thurs 11/1 9.00am - 5.00pm)

(Fri 12/1 9.00am - 5.00pm)

2) Waterswift Engine Balloting (Thurs 11/1 4.00pm - 5.00pm) @ Paddock Area

3) Shirt & Pass Collection (Fri 12/1 10.00am - 2.00pm) @ Organiser's Office

4) Race Tyre Collection (Fri 12/1 3.00pm - 5.00pm)

@ Parc Ferme

5) Transponder Registration (Sat 13/1 9.30am - 10.30am) @ Organisers Office

* Please note that only official transponders can be used at X30 Asia Cup 2018.

They will be on loan free of charge. Transponders have to be registered before Official Practice 1 on Sat 13/1 at 12.15pm)

6) Initial Scrutineering @ Parc Ferme,

Drivers’ Registration @ Organiser’s Office,

Shirt & Pass Collection (cont.) @ Organiser’s Office (Sat 13/1 9.30am - 11.30am)

7) Welcome Dinner (Sat 13/1 4.45pm - 6.15pm)
