TRANSPONDER AND EXHAUST SILENCER

 

Please take note that the usage of Exhaust Silencer is mandatory at all times during practice or Race at the Sri Lanka Karting Circuit. The exhaust silencer will be provided free of charge courtesy of the Organizer, and will be available for collection from Wednesday onwards at the Parc Ferme. Teams and drivers are also required to use the transponders (Tranx 160) provided by the Organizer from Free Practice onwards. Transponders will also be provided free of charge. 

 

 

VISA INTO SRI LANKA

 

Please ensure that all necessary travel visas to Sri Lanka are in order! 

If you have not done so, you can visit Sri Lanka’s Electronic Travel Authorisation System at:

Not applicable to drivers from the Republic of Singapore, Republic of Maldives and the Republic of Seychelles.

 

 

ACCOMMODATION AND PRIVATE TRANSFER

 

We trust you would have already claimed your free accommodations at the Avani Kalutara Resort and made the necessary free airport transfer arrangements. 

The airport transfer driver will be awaiting your arrival with signages showing X30 or your registered names.

SPECIAL NOTE

 

Please note that there will be a formal Flag Raising ceremony at the Sri Lanka Circuit on Sat 13th Jan at 8.30am.

You are most welcomed to come witness the event graced by dignitaries, with the national anthem sung by children of local schools!

 

The organisers would appreciate all present to accord the proper respect to this formal event by adhering to a moment of silence when the national anthem is sung.
