TRACK SECURITY AND TIMINGS

X30 is pleased to provide night-time security at Bira Kart Circuit from 7pm to 7am daily.

All lights and air-conditioned containers at the circuit will be switched off at 9pm daily.

Please note that all teams and drivers are reminded to take responsibility for their own equipment and belongings by storing them safely and securely. Small items and valuables should not be left unattended or stored in the paddock overnight. The team and/or driver shall be solely liable for any loss of or damage to their belongings within the paddock.

FREE PRACTICE TRACK FEE

Please note that free practice track fees are payable to Bira Kart Circuit at 1,000B per day including Friday. Payment can be made at the Bira Kart office located within the premises.

SHIRT & PASS COLLECTION (ALL CATEGORIES)

PAYMENT (ALL CATEGORIES)

15/12 – 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

16/12 – 8:30 AM to 10:10 AM

The driver (and his parent/guardian if driver is under 21 years of age) is required to collect the race shirt, passes, and sign the indemnity form on either of the times available above.

Payment for outstanding entry fee, paddock rental, kart shipping etc can also be made these times. Payment must be submitted before the start of Official Practice on Saturday before drivers will be allowed to participate.

FAN RENTAL

Please be reminded that paddock tents at Bira Kart Circuit do not include fans. Fan rental is available at S$20 or ฿500 per fan per day (direct price from supplier).
