Important Timings and Reminders (Bulletin 36 - X30 SEA)

Please be reminded of the important timings below. For other information, please refer to the official program attached to this email and available on www.x30sea.com.

ENGINE BALLOTING (X30 WATER SWIFT FOR ROOKIE & CADET)

14/12 – 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM

The driver himself or his team manager/mechanic may ballot for the engine on his behalf. The driver is not required to attend.

RACE TYRES COLLECTION (ALL CATEGORIES)

15/12 – 2:45 PM to 4:45 PM

The driver himself or his team manager/mechanic may collect and register race tyres on his behalf. The driver is not required to attend. Full upfront payment for tyres is required in all cases.

It is mandatory for each Driver to submit 2 sets of unused dry tyres and 1 set of unused wet tyres to be registered to the Driver. Dry Race Tyres must be purchased from the organiser in the form of Race Tyre Vouchers, which may only be redeemed during tyres collection and registration. The Driver may submit his/her own new and unused wet tyres to be registered for use in the event.

SHIRT & PASS COLLECTION (ALL CATEGORIES)

PAYMENT (ALL CATEGORIES)

15/12 – 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

16/12 – 8:30 AM to 10:10 AM

The driver (and his parent/guardian if driver is under 21 years of age) is required to collect the race shirt, passes, and sign the indemnity form on either of the times available above.

Payment for outstanding entry fee, paddock rental, kart shipping etc can also be made these times. Payment must be submitted before the start of Official Practice on Saturday before drivers will be allowed to participate.

TRANSPONDER REGISTRATION (ALL CATEGORIES)

16/12 – 8:30 AM to 9:20 AM

Transponder registration may be done as per the above timings. A registered transponder is mandatory beginning from Free Practice 8 on 16/12/17.
