REGULATIONS
The provisional Supplementary Regulations of the event are available for download on www.x30sea.com. Please check back in a few days for the finalised copies.
LICENSE AND AUTHORISATION
Not applicable to RAAT licensed drivers and drivers in the Cadet Category.
All other drivers - Please be reminded that the appropriate international grade license, accompanied by an original letter of no objection issued by the driver’s ASN, is required for participation in the race and must be presented during Drivers’ Registration on 16/12/17.
SPONSORED HOTEL NIGHTS – APPLICATION OVER
The application deadline for sponsored nights at the Official Hotel Bayview Pattaya has passed.
Sponsored rooms for the nights of 15th and 16th December are no longer available. Drivers who have made bookings for the sponsored nights will have received a unique 7 digit confirmation number.
Rooms are still available for private bookings – please call or email the hotel directly and quote “X30 Asia Final” to continue receiving special rates as follows:

KART SHIPPING FROM THAILAND TO SRI LANKA
X30 would like to inform all teams that only 1 set of tyres (mounted on) per kart is allowed in the official shipping arrangement from Thailand to Sri Lanka.
We apologise for any inconvenience and are pleased to provide complimentary shipping directly back to Singapore for any balance tyres (only).
Balance tyres will be collected during loading at Bira Kart Circuit after the race on Sunday.
DRIVERS’ PARADE
There will be a drivers’ parade and group photo-taking on Sunday before the lunch break. This will take place immediately after the pre-final, and we ask all drivers for your kind co-operation to be present in your race suit.
